Terms & Conditions

1. Services

BalconyBoyz provides mobile balcony detailing services within the Greater Toronto Area. This includes pressure washing, water recovery and disposal, spider deterrent treatment, pigeon dropping cleanup, and other balcony-specific add-ons.

All services are performed at the customer’s residence or condo property, and are subject to building or condo management permissions where applicable.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or approved third-party booking form).

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, or other approved payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If we arrive at the location and are unable to access the balcony due to building restrictions or lack of tenant permission, the appointment may be considered a no-show and charged in full.

4. Access and Safety

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the balcony prior to our arrival.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., structural damage, glass breakage, hazardous materials, or severe weather).

  • We will not move heavy furniture, glass panels, or objects that may pose safety risks.

5. Liability

  • While we take great care during every cleaning, BalconyBoyz is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or structural issues on your balcony or railing surfaces.

  • We are not responsible for water leakage into interior spaces due to poor building sealing or drainage design.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their property management allows exterior cleaning services.

6. Weather Policy

If service must be postponed due to rain, lightning, or extreme weather, customers will be notified, and a new appointment will be scheduled at no additional cost.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information solely for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required by law.

8. Photos and Marketing

By booking our services, you grant BalconyBoyz permission to capture “before and after” photos of your balcony for quality assurance and potential marketing use (no personal identifiers or unit numbers will be shown).
You may request exclusion by contacting us in writing before your appointment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BalconyBoyz and its employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Ontario law and adjudicated in Toronto.
